The Coronavirus pandemic has been an experience like no other. While pandemics are not new, this one occurred in 2020 – a time when digital services are an integral part of how we live and work.
We surveyed 150 IT decision-makers across large organizations about the speed of digital adoption, incident response handling and willingness to adopt automated incident response.
The results reveal that in the eye of the pandemic, it has never been more important to ensure IT systems operate smoothly and efficiently. When things go wrong, organizations need a response that is timely and effective. It needs to be highly organized and automated, and underpinned by a culture of ownership so that problems become lessons and lessons become best practices.
