Jennifer Tejada is the Chairperson and CEO of PagerDuty, the global leader in digital operations management (NYSE: PD). PagerDuty’s Operations Cloud empowers enterprises to deliver superior customer experiences by increasing uptime, reducing cost, and improving customer satisfaction.

Jennifer brings to the role 25 years of diverse experience spanning mass consumer products to disruptive cloud and software solutions. She has a successful track record in product innovation, optimizing operations, and scaling public and private enterprise technology companies. She is also an active tech investor as an LP in multiple firms, including Operator Collective, Harlem Capital, and Penny Jar.
Prior to her role at PagerDuty, Jennifer was CEO of Keynote Systems, where she led the company to strong, profitable growth before its acquisition by Dynatrace. Before Keynote, Jennifer was Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Mincom, leading its global strategy up to its acquisition by ABB. She has also held senior positions at Procter & Gamble and i2 Technologies.
Jennifer currently serves as a board member of The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. (NYSE: EL).
Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational behavior and business management from the University of Michigan, where she was a proud member of the Michigan’s Women's Golf Team. Outside of her professional roles, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and is an avid skier.

Howard Wilson is the Chief Financial Officer at PagerDuty, where he leads the company's internal and strategic execution. In his role, he builds and directs the finance organization to support PagerDuty's growth and scaling. Before becoming CFO, he served as PagerDuty's Chief Commercial Officer, leading efforts to empower decision-making and provide ongoing customer value from the PagerDuty Operations Cloud. Howard brings more than 20 years of experience in software, services, and operational management to his role.
Before joining PagerDuty, Howard oversaw the SaaS business at Dynatrace, the leader in Application Performance Management. He was previously the Chief Operating Officer at Keynote Systems, where he managed all customer-facing operations. Howard also served as Senior Vice President of Field Operations at Ventyx, where he oversaw various functions, including business planning, sales operations, and recurring revenue operations. Prior to Ventyx, he spent 14 years in various senior leadership roles at Oracle.
Howard holds a bachelor’s degree in information systems and psychology from the University of South Africa.

Tim Armandpour is the Chief Technology Officer at PagerDuty, where he brings a 20-year history of applying technological innovation to maximize value to users. In his role, he leads the company's long-term technology strategy for the PagerDuty Operations Cloud, architecture vision, security, and technology research to support corporate development.
Before joining PagerDuty, Tim led product management and engineering teams at Yapstone, a global payment solutions provider. He also led the global engineering teams at PayPal, delivering new product experiences across tablets, mobile devices, and the web. Prior to its acquisition by PayPal, he served as Vice President of Engineering at Zong. Tim began his career in 1999 as a Lead Engineer with Yodlee.
Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of California, San Diego. He also holds four U.S. patents.

Katherine is an experienced chief marketing officer in B2B software and software-as-a-service, with more than 20 years of leadership experience in global marketing strategy, branding, product marketing, campaign management, demand generation, marketing automation and analytics, sales enablement, marketing operations, and corporate communications. In her role, she leads all marketing efforts to highlight and amplify the capabilities of the PagerDuty Operations Cloud.
She joins PagerDuty from Khoros, a leading customer engagement platform provider, where she served on the executive team for the past four years, leading marketing. At Khoros, Katherine designed and implemented the company's global marketing strategy, building brand loyalty and increasing demand while deepening customer relationships across more than 2,000 global brands, including 52 of the Interbrand 100 companies.
Katherine earned a bachelor's degree in English with High Honors from the University of California, Berkeley.

Heather brings more than 30 years of expertise in information technology (IT) and cybersecurity to PagerDuty, where she leads a security-first approach to operations and development, designed to deepen the resiliency of PagerDuty’s Operations Cloud.
Before joining PagerDuty, she served as the chief information security officer at RingCentral. Heather previously held multiple roles at IBM, including IBM Distinguished Engineer and chief technology officer for the company's security and compliance specialty service area, where she addressed security and compliance concerns for internal adopters and external clients. She was also chief architect for the worldwide technical sales and solutions group, where she was responsible for driving the adoption of IBM Cloud solutions (also known as IBM Bluemix IaaS, IBM SoftLayer, and IBM Smart Cloud) with key strategic clients.

Olivia Khalili brings to PagerDuty 15 years of experience and thought leadership in the social impact field, and leads the company’s social impact strategy and Pledge 1% commitment.
Prior to joining PagerDuty, Olivia built Yahoo's global corporate responsibility program, Yahoo for Good, which aimed to leverage the company's technology and employee talent to positively impact society. She also worked with Ashoka, creating social impact programs to support social entrepreneurs and enhance brand equity for a portfolio of companies including American Express and Ben & Jerry's. In 2008, she launched CauseCapitalism.com, an online resource to help businesses grow by embedding social purpose.
Olivia has cross-sector experience working with the public sector, tech companies, nonprofits, and in international development in Micronesia. She earned a bachelor’s degree (cum laude) in international relations and diplomatic history from the University of Pennsylvania and currently serves as the chair of the Board of Directors for GreatNonprofits and CommunityConnect Labs.

As the Chief Diversity Officer, Roshan Kindred leads PagerDuty's strategic inclusion, diversity and equity (ID&E) initiatives and ensures PagerDuty is creating a fair, equitable, and inclusive experience for all Dutonians.
Roshan brings more than 15 years of experience in ID&E leadership and is passionate about elevating the human experience and engagement by creating a thriving atmosphere where people can have a sense of belonging that frees them to innovate and collaborate with authenticity.
Prior to joining PagerDuty, Roshan was the Chief Diversity Officer and Principal at InSeason Development Group, where she established an ID&E roadmap that led senior executive leadership to adopt diversity goals as part of an annual incentive compensation plan. Previously, she served as the board chair of Iron Mountain's DEI advisory board.
Roshan has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and organizational development from San Jose State University, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

As the Senior Vice President of Global Field Operations, Jeremy leads teams responsible for PagerDuty’s global sales, partner, and sales strategy and operations. He has deep domain experience and brings a breadth of expertise, from selling to the world’s largest enterprises to building PagerDuty’s high-velocity mid-market motion. Jeremy is also responsible for demonstrating the value of the PagerDuty Operations Cloud and its capabilities to customers and users. Jeremy is a seasoned, customer-focused sales leader with more than 20 years of experience across enterprise software-as-a-service companies.
Prior to joining PagerDuty, he was the vice president for North America sales at Zendesk and previously held VP-level positions at both DocuSign and Salesforce. He is passionate about building talented, collaborative teams that exceed their goals and is a strong advocate for mentoring and career architecture to develop and elevate internal talent.

As the Chief People Officer, Joe Militello leads PagerDuty's entire People organization, including HR business partners, talent development, recruiting, total rewards, people operations, and diversity, inclusion, and equity.
Joe brings more than 20 years of management experience in both private and public companies, and a track record of leading and coaching teams to execute on strategic business initiatives. He has consistently helped some of the world's most recognized, complex, and high-growth technology companies scale, build productive teams, and reach their market potential.
Prior to PagerDuty, Joe served as senior vice president and chief people officer for Pivotal Software, where he led the worldwide People organization, corporate social responsibility, and internal transformation before its acquisition by VMware in 2019. Before Pivotal, Joe held various senior leadership roles in M&A, recruiting, and people operations.
Before his career in human resources, Joe served as a captain in the U.S. Marine Corps. Joe earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Fairfield University and an MBA and master’s degree in finance from Boston College.

As the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Customer Service, Jonathan leads PagerDuty's service and support teams responsible for ensuring excellent customer experiences, empowered by the capabilities of the PagerDuty Operations Cloud. He is also responsible for the Rundeck business unit and the vision and strategy for PagerDuty's standalone Customer Service offering, which is supported by integrations with Zendesk and Salesforce.
Jonathan has years of experience in the software industry, including various product, marketing, and engineering executive roles at companies such as Informix, Mercury/HP Software, Appcelerator, and Keynote Systems. Prior to joining PagerDuty, he was the Chief Product and Engineering Officer at Castlight Health, Inc., where his focus was on delivering and launching their next-generation predictive analytics platform for enterprises.

Mitra Rezvan is the Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at PagerDuty, where she leads teams responsible for global accounting, FP&A, finance operations, and tax and treasury functions. Previously, she served as PagerDuty's vice president and corporate controller. Mitra brings 20 years of accounting, finance and operational management experience to her role with PagerDuty.
Prior to PagerDuty, Mitra spent 12 years at Google in various leadership roles across accounting and finance, including serving as the controller of Google Wallet and Payments. Prior to Google, she spent seven years at KPMG's audit and advisory practice.
Mitra is also a board member and treasurer of Help A Mother Out, a Bay Area non-profit organization focused on improving baby and family well-being by increasing access to diapers for families in need.
Mitra holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce with a major in accounting and finance from Macquarie University in Australia.

As Chief Product Development Officer, Sean is responsible for designing and delivering the PagerDuty Operations Cloud roadmap and platform, including our AI and generative AI solutions, and maintaining the fidelity and security of our foundational data model. He leads the product management, engineering, design, pricing and customer success teams to drive growth and innovation through seamless, fast time-to-value, user-focused solutions.
Sean has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, with the majority of that time at Amazon. He started as a technical product manager and rose through the ranks to become VP of Shopping Experience Technology, where he was responsible for the Amazon home page, product pages, cart, and checkout worldwide, as well as the technology to build these experiences. Then, as VP of Autonomous Delivery, he built and scaled a team of robotics, hardware, and software experts to operate the e-commerce giant’s first fully-electric AI based, autonomous delivery system. Prior to Amazon, Sean held positions at a number of enterprise software companies, and began his career at the Department of Defense.
Sean holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin, and an M.B.A. from the Red McCombs School of Business (University of Texas).

Alex Solomon is the Co-founder and General Manager of PagerDuty. He advocates for growing the community of PagerDuty practitioners by sharing best practices that advance real-time operations. Alex started PagerDuty in 2009 as founding CEO, leading the company through several stages of growth, including product-market fit, fundraising, and expansion of the product vision to what is now the PagerDuty Operations Cloud. He has served on the PagerDuty board of directors since 2010.
Prior to PagerDuty, Alex was a software engineer at Amazon, building and maintaining large-scale systems for the company's supply chain. Alex earned a bachelor’s degree in software engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Manjula Talreja is the Chief Customer Officer of PagerDuty, responsible for the global customer success group, including customer success, professional services, support, renewals, and PagerDuty University. In her role, she leads the teams ensuring customers are realizing and maximizing the benefits of the PagerDuty Operations Cloud. Prior to joining PagerDuty, she was the senior vice president of customer success at Salesforce, where she led teams to deliver customer outcomes across large Enterprise, Commercial, and SMB customers. Before that, she spent over two decades at Cisco in various senior leadership roles.
Talreja has extensive experience in general management, business strategy consulting, and operations of large-scale IT systems. She was named one of the Top 50 Women in Technology in 2020 and is a board member of City Year, a non-profit focused on underserved schools and providing young people with a chance at a better future.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in business and information systems from Santa Clara University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Delhi.

Shelley Webb is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of PagerDuty. In this role, she is responsible for leading the legal team and overseeing all legal matters for PagerDuty. Before joining PagerDuty, Webb spent eight years at Intel, serving in a variety of roles, including as the vice president and group general counsel for Intel's PC business, its largest business unit delivering $40 billion in annual revenue. In prior roles at Intel, she led the legal and policy response to the Spectre and Meltdown security vulnerabilities, and she also led litigation and antitrust matters for Intel in the U.S. and globally. Webb began her career as a litigator at Williams & Connolly in Washington, D.C.
Webb received her bachelor’s degree in economics and government with high distinction from the University of Virginia and her law degree from Stanford University.

Sameer Dholakia has served on the board of directors at PagerDuty since December 2019. He is currently the CEO of Twilio SendGrid at Twilio, Inc., a cloud communication platform, after Twilio's acquisition of Sendgrid in February 2019. Previously, Mr. Dholakia served as the CEO and board member of SendGrid, a customer communication platform, from 2014 to February 2019. He also served as board chair from September 2017 to February 2019. Prior to SendGrid, Mr. Dholakia was employed at Citrix Systems as the group vice president and general manager of the cloud platforms group from 2011 to 2014, and as vice president of marketing from 2010 to 2011. He joined Citrix in 2010 after Citrix's acquisition of VMLogix, a provider of virtualization management software, where he served as CEO from 2007 to 2010. Mr. Dholakia holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in organizational studies from Stanford University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

From May 2016 to May 2021, Ms. Gomez was the chief financial officer at Zendesk, a global company that builds software for customer service and engagement. From July 2010 to April 2016, Ms. Gomez served in senior finance roles at Salesforce, including senior vice president of go-to-market distribution from July 2015 to April 2016, vice president of sales and support and marketing finance from June 2011 to June 2015, and senior director of marketing and general and administrative finance from July 2010 to June 2011. Prior to that, she held finance roles at Visa and Charles Schwab. Ms. Gomez currently serves on the board of Smartsheet. Mr. Losch has served on our board since 2022. He was chief financial officer of Okta, an identity management platform for enterprises, from June 2013 until his retirement in March 2021. From June 2007 to June 2013, he served as chief financial officer at MobiTV, a technology platform provider of multiscreen video delivery services. From October 2004 to May 2007, he served as the chief accounting officer at DreamWorks Animation. Prior to that he served in various finance positions at Yahoo, including as chief accounting officer. Ms. Stewart has served on our board of directors since January 2021. She currently holds the title of Vice President, Global Partnerships at Google. Since joining Google in 2006 she has driven adoption of digital technologies within the C-Suite in the US and globally. Currently, she oversees the company’s Global Partnerships team for the largest US publishers across Search, Mobile Apps, Commerce, News, Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications and Domains.
Prior to Google she had an extensive automotive career where she led Chrysler Group Interactive Communications for DaimlerChrysler AG, Dodge Passenger Cars and Minivans brand management and Chrysler Brand Advertising. During her tenure Advertising Age named the Chrysler Group the 2005 Interactive Marketer of the Year. Ms. Stewart enjoyed a 10-year management career with IBM in software/hardware pricing, sales and PC product marketing. As an entrepreneur she served as President, COO and co-founder for Nia Enterprises, a web-based company as well as the Founder and CEO for One Moment in Time, a formal wear rental company for women. Over the past several years she has been recognized externally for her leadership as a Woman to Watch (Advertising Age, 2011), Power 100 (Ebony, 2012, 2019), Woman to Watch in Tech (Crain’s NY, 2014) and Most Powerful Women (Crain’s NYC, 2019). She is the co-author of A Blessing: Women of Color Teaming Up to Lead, Empower and Thrive.
Ms. Stewart graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Howard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
